Our story
1938
Carl and Clarence Lewis established Lewis Bros Inc in Coleman, Michigan, focusing on heating and refrigeration services. Their commitment to quality and community laid the foundation for a business that would serve the region for generations.
1972
Dennis Lewis became part of the family business in 1972, contributing significantly to its growth and reputation over the years. Over his career, Dennis and his wife, Wanda, have made significant contributions to the community through youth sports, the purchase of the Coleman Laundryland, the rail depot that became Yesterday’s Depot, and much more. 1992
In 1992, a young Corey Lewis joined Lewis Bros Inc, continuing the family’s legacy and bringing fresh perspectives to the business.
2012
After years of dedicated service, Corey Lewis became President in 2012, leading the company into a new era of innovation and customer service.
Today
Lewis Bros Inc serves homes and businesses across Midland, Isabella, Clare and Gladwin counties, with a new generation of the Lewis family growing up in the business.

Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US named us an Elite Diamond Contractor for 2026. Diamond Contractors complete Mitsubishi Electric training on designing, installing and servicing their systems.
We’ve completed the Michigan Heat Pump Collaborative’s contractor training on installing and servicing modern heat pumps, which heat and cool a home from one system.
